Terms of Service

You represent that you can form a binding contract and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account or organization.

You may use RewardFlow only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, third-party provider requirements, and documentation made available for the service. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content submitted through the service. You grant RewardFlow a limited license to host, process, display, transform, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Organizations control campaign configuration, approval decisions, reward amounts, and contributor-facing campaign instructions. Reward issuance may depend on third-party providers, contributor eligibility, verification, fraud checks, and successful payment processing.

Paid features and usage-based charges are billed according to your selected plan and approved submissions. You authorize payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable subscription, usage, reward, tax, or other amounts due.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to improve RewardFlow, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to provider or infrastructure changes. We may also update these Terms, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
