You need authentic content to build trust and sell, but customers rarely submit useful photos, videos, or testimonials on their own. So teams either wait for organic posts, manually chase customers, or pay creators to make content from scratch.
Happy customers may love the product, but most will not submit content unless you give them a clear ask, an easy upload flow, and a reason to participate.
Influencer and creator content often means outreach, negotiation, shipping products, usage-rights discussions, revisions, and upfront spend before you know what you will get.
DMs, email attachments, forms, shared folders, spreadsheets, and manual gift cards make it hard to track submissions, approvals, permissions, and reward status.
If contributors do not understand what you need or how their content may be used, your team may end up with content they cannot confidently publish.
A RewardFlow campaign moves through five connected steps: create the ask, share the upload path, review each submission, reward only approved content, and track what works.
Step 1 of 5
Define the customer ask, reward, accepted content, and usage terms before anyone uploads.

Founder note
RewardFlow started from seeing how a simple customer how-to video could explain a product better than polished brand content. The goal is to make that workflow repeatable: ask customers for specific content, collect submissions in one place, approve what is useful, and reward contributors fairly after approval.
Influencer and creator campaigns are useful when you need paid reach or creator production, but they can be slow and expensive to coordinate. RewardFlow starts with people who already bought, visited, or used your product, then gives them a clear way to submit content and earn a reward after merchant approval.
No. Rewards are only sent after you approve a submission. If a submission is not useful or does not meet your campaign requirements, you can decline it without triggering a reward.
RewardFlow is designed for customer photos, videos, testimonials, before/after content, product feedback, screen recordings, social content, customer stories, and other campaign-specific submissions.
Campaigns can include contributor terms and usage language in the submission flow, so customers understand how approved content may be used before they submit. Businesses should still make sure their terms and usage comply with their own legal, industry, and platform requirements.
No. RewardFlow is designed to help you collect content from real customers. You can still use creators or influencers, but RewardFlow gives you a way to activate customers who already know the product or service.
Yes. Campaigns can be shared through a hosted link or QR code, which makes RewardFlow useful for packaging inserts, front desks, receipts, invoices, events, gyms, restaurants, and local businesses.
Yes. RewardFlow is designed to work through an embeddable widget or a hosted campaign page.
RewardFlow can support testimonial-style content, but businesses should not require positive reviews, should disclose incentives where required, and should follow the rules of the platforms where the content will appear.
Yes for supported general business use cases, such as products and home services. RewardFlow currently does not support medical or dental procedures, patient content, diagnoses, treatment, clinical care, or other sensitive health information.
Only for genuinely non-patient, non-clinical campaigns today, such as adult staff culture or community-event content that does not reveal a care relationship or health information. Patient and treatment campaigns will require a future Healthcare Mode.
No. Ecommerce is a strong fit, but RewardFlow can also support local services, gyms, restaurants, attractions, home services, SaaS teams, and other businesses collecting supported general customer content.
Digital gift card rewards through Tremendous are supported today. Other fulfillment types are planned, but not yet enabled for merchant-facing use.
Launch a campaign for customers who already know your product or service. Review every submission, clarify usage terms, and reward only the content you approve.
